  • Develop roadmap for implementing Quality Assurance principles and introducing quality checks in key processes and activities which affecting quality of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop process mapping and inter-relationship within the processes.
  • Establish process wise Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for monitoring the effectiveness of the deliverables.
  • Improve the quality of service delivery; improve customer satisfaction by effective implementation of QA policies and procedures.
  • Identify and setup the suitable plan to adopt the foundation, standards and good practices of Quality management system
